The parade starts promptly at 6:00 pm; however, many volunteer assignments are scheduled for earlier in the day to help us prepare for the evening’s event.
There will be free parking at various lots, and you'll receive specific instructions at a later time. For more parking information, go to www.fortworthparking.com.
Volunteer Tips
• Dress for the Weather!
• Wear Comfortable, Closed-toe Shoes
• Your volunteer shirt must be visible at all times. If it is chilly, be prepared to place your shirt over your jacket.
• Only bring what you can carry. We will not have storage for personal items.
Check-in is based on your assignment. PLEASE READ THE VOLUNTEER ASSIGNMENT DESCRIPTIONS WHEN CHOOSING A VOLUNTEER ASSIGNMENT!
All volunteer check-in functions are located in the Aloft Hotel, corner of 3rd Street and Taylor Street. Park in the Sundance Square Parking Garage III (entrance on 3rd Street between Taylor and Throckmorton Streets), or in the Tower Garage (entrances off of 4th between Taylor and Lamar and off of 5th Street between Taylor and Lamar Streets)
